30th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree (30APRSJ)/16th Nippon Jamboree (16NJ)
(Pre-Jamboree for the 23rd World Scout Jamboree)
The 30th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree (30APRSJ), which also held as the 16th Nippon Jamboree (16NJ), will be held in 2013 in Kirara-hama, Yamaguchi, Japan as the dry-run event for the 23rd World Scout Jamboree (23WSJ). 30APRSJ/16NJ will be a great opportunity for the scouts from the world to learn about Japan and moreover feel the unity of the scout movement by sharing the experience with Scouts from many different countries.

Access to the Site
30APRSJ/16NJ will have 3 points for arrival and departure: Fukuoka Airport, Yamaguchi Ube Airport and Shin-Yamaguchi Station.
Male and female Scouts aged 12 to 17 years old are eligible to attend as the participants, and Scouts and adult leaders aged 18 years old and above are eligible to attend as the member of the International Service Team. Furthermore, we will welcome Scout Guest, Spcecial Guest, and Day Visitors to attend the 30APRSJ/16NJ.
The every aspects of Jamboree are considered as programme under the theme of “WA: a Spirit of Unity”. The main areas of the programmes are Sub Camp life, Module Activities, Free Time Activities and ceremonies. In addition, many other activities will be offered at the Jamboree.
The 15th World Jamboree, which was due to be held in Iranin 1979, was cancelled because of the Iranian Revolution.Join-in-Jamboree (JIJ) was distributed to participants for use in their own countries. This marked the beginning of JIJ.
Jamboree fee for the Participants, IST and Staff is set differently for the countries in Asia-Pacific Region based on the Gross National Income (GNI) per capita of each country; the same criteria as for the membership fee for the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM).
Safe from Harm (e-learning)
This e-Learning is mandatory for all adults (anyone who is 18 years old and above) participating in the Jamboree. Every adult is urged to complete this course before arriving at the Jamboree.
Most of the appendices indicated in the Bulletins are available only to National Scout Organisations.Official contact of National Scout Organisations may kindly communicate with the host association, Scout Association of Japan, or to the Asia-Pacific Regional Office for receiving the appendices mentioned.
